What we collect

When you request an adventure, donate, buy merchandise, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, service information, and any notes you share. When you take part in an adventure, your regional team records your participation and contact details so we can send a follow-up survey.

Payments

Donations and purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs the payment information you give them.

How we use it

To plan and run adventures, contact you, send receipts and surveys, fulfill orders, report to our board and regional affiliates, and meet legal requirements. Survey results are reported in aggregate; comments are shared publicly only if you give permission.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared with the Task Force Adventures region that serves your area, and with service providers who help us operate (such as our web host, email provider, and Stripe). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by using our contact form.
